The design of the Isla Chair was inspired by a canoe by the sea. Large
lateral cuts, integrated by an expressive crease that runs through the
junction between the shells that form the seat and the back, give the tone
of boldness of this piece, remembering a canoe. The minimalist geometry
of the outer shell harmonizes in a beautiful contrast with the curvaceous
design of the upholstery seams, reminiscent of the marks of waves in the
sand, creating a unique visual effect.
